Armchair
Armchair of Brentford bought a bus-bodied 709D, G94VMM, in 1989,
when it won Surrey County Council route 564 from London & Country.
It stayed with Armchair into 1998.
A pair of 811Ds was bought in 1990 for use on Surrey County Council
route 501 (Kingston - Hampton Court - Molesey - Hersham Green - Whiteley Village),
replacing part of London Buses' route K10. These, not being for London contracts,
had narrow doorways.
Another 709D, this time with Dormobile Routemaker bodywork was bought in 1992,
but this was relatively short-lived, disappearing sometime in 1997.
