Roofbox Bus Histories

These histories are unavoidably incomplete. They are being compiled as I glean information from a variety of sources: books, magazines, photo captions, and not all of the sources agree! So these lists inevitably contain errors, (including some made by me:-)

They are also in several parts, as there were over a thousand of the roofbox buses!
