481 LH Epsom Station - Epsom (Wells Estate)
The 481 was not dissimilar to the town to estate swingers of several GS routes.
Except that there was no long route associated with the swinger - it was all that there was.
The mile and a half-long route connected Epsom Station with The Wells Estate,
out from the delights of central Epsom along the main road towards Leatherhead,
then abruptly turning right onto the estate's narrow access road, over the railway onto Epsom Common,
then left into the circular Wells Estate.
The route had been introduced in May 1953, using two rear-engined Cubs, CR13 and CR43.
